Lunges
are somewhat similar to the squats and are one of the most appreciated
exercises to lose belly fat quickly. It’s because lunges involve working out on your entire lower body. How to perform lunges? Stand straight with hips pushed forward. Forward one of your feet with both knees bending. Repeat it with next foot to complete one rep. 10 reps are equivalent to 1 set and you have to perform 3 sets.
For crunches- lie down on your back with knees bent upwards. Now up the upper part of your body towards your raised knees. Do it 20 times to complete a set. Here too you have to perform 3 sets.
