Lower Back pains

The symptoms of lower back pains include a slight burning sensation, a dull aching in the lower back or even a sharp pain. It might be seen that a person suffering from this ailment might have difficulty doing one simple movement that might include reaching out for something or bending from the waist. The main causes of the back pain are as follows:-
Backpain
Degeneration of the human disks
  • Aortic aneurysm
  • Kidney problems like infections or stones
  • Muscle spasm
  • Fibromyalgia
  • An improper alignment of the vertebrae
In case there is no indication of a serious underlying cause of the back pain then it is advised that the concerned person should reduce physical activity fora couple of days. Other helpful tips include:-
Stopping normal physical activity for a few days and this helps calm your symptoms as well as reduce inflammation.
· Applying of hot objects or ice to the pain-prone area.
· Taking pain relievers like ibuprofen or Tylenol.
